Taste Bender is a 'Taste Lab' created by Chef DK with the mission of creating and introducing a new form of cuisine that was "born in Toronto, made in Toronto, FOR TORONTO".

Toronto is well-described around the world as the 'melting pot of diversity'. Chef DK utilized the city's multi-culturalism to innovate and create cuisine specifically for Torontonians, namely 'Torontonian Dishes'.

Taste Bender is all about 'bending' culture, flavor & techniques to create 100% original cuisines that is weirdly nostalgic to every bite.
